Bates has established an employee training academy to give supervisors, department managers technicians and administrative staff overall knowledge of workplace practices and to understand their role and responsibilities as Bates Trucking Trash Removal's employees.

  

"This is a really good opportunity for everyone on our team to understand their role and how their actions and experience, as a professional, create a stronger work environment for them and their colleagues, along with better service experience for our customers," says Bruce Bates, President of Bates Trucking.

 

Our first classes began in October of 2017.  All classes are offered to all divisions at their locations and/or online. All training's will be available to employees ONLY!
